Hello everyone I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from PA, my name is Patti, I'm married and no children. I have been over weight all my life and finally am taking the steps to be thin and healthy. I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone and making friends and more importantly supporters!

Welcome Want2b... Have you started your process yet? I am very happy with my band. Like you I have been overweight my entire life. I am 49. I was banded on May 13, 08. I have lost 15lbs. so far. I was at a stale mate for 2 weeks and didn't loose anything. Then I realized I was doing what I have told other people, I was'nt eating enough calories. My body thought it was in starvation mode. So I adjusted that. This is a wonderful tool. You still have to work it, but now I have help. Good luck with your journey. Keep us posted.
