I am on the preop diet right now. My Dr. said I didnt need to do the pre op diet. But I have decided to do it, to see if I can handle less food. So far I have lost 5 pounds in 3 days. I've been eating 2 EAS Advant low carb drink a day (1 for breakfast and 1 for dinner), along with 1 low calorie salad, or any type of baked meat with steamed green veggies (lunch). Only drinking water or crystal light.

I hope this helps.
