hello everyone,

just wanted to say hi, looking for some great people with great advice, want to be really sucessful with the lap band, scheduled for august, live in pa, my question is, can anyone tell me the two most important things to live by when living with the band...thanks

    I have only had the band since June 10th but one of the things that I think is something that is very important is to mentally prepare yourself for the post-op diet for the first few weeks after surgery. Commit to yourself that you follow your doctor's orders so that you can heal properly from the surgery.
