Dave in AZ

I'm just getting around to checking out this site. I was banded 2-15-08 and have lost 48 including about 20 before surgery to reduce surgical risk.

I had an expectation going in that the surgery results would be somewhat instant and that was reinforced by the first two weeks when I could eat only small amounts. Since then, I am able to eat more and am feeling hungry, even after 7 fills now. I'm closer but still not feeling like I'm green zone. Have never vomitted but have occassionally overdone it.

I'm happy to have taken this step and am optomistic about my long term outlook!
