More sore today 11 days post opp???

Ok i went to river yesterday with some friends, we rode around on the boat for a while and it was kinda rough because of the waves and all. Today i am etremely sore in my port area? Could this be because of all the movement yesterday? Could i have done some serious damage? What should i do?

Ebeth,

More than likely you are fine. I was sore in the port area on and off for a while. I am 12 weeks out and really haven't felt any pain or pulling in my port area for weeks, but tonight at Vacation Bible School I helped move some tables and I actually felt it pulling.

11 days out is not very far along. You will probably feel funny in that area for at least 4 - 6 weeks.

Best of luck on your weight loss journey.

I was sore in my port area for a long time and sometimes I can still feel the pull when I am doing yard work. It really worried me but after this board explained to me that it was attached to my muscle I could see why I was sore for so long. Also my port is pretty high up, right under my bra. I wish it was down farther, I think that would have been more comfortable.
