Just getting going

I had my Lap Band Surgery on June 2 and I am doing quite well. I was really nervous, but quite surprised how easy it was. I am now on week three and trying to figure out this process, and see what is ahead.

Congratulations! I had my surgery on June 2nd, too. Like you, I'm trying to figure out the process. I am also a little anxious since there is not any restriction now, I don't want to over eat. How are you doing with your portion control?

I am doing really well till dinner, then for some reason I feel like I need to eat more, and then I am finding I am over eatting.

How are you finding your portion control?
