This is my first thread to this site. I am researching lap banding. I have been too two different seminars at 2 different hospitals. I am trying to decide which doctor and hospital to go too. I am at the very, very, beginning of the process! I am excited.

Welcome...I suggest you use the Dr. you feel most comfortable with.. That helps a whole lot. If you can talk to him/her and get aswers without pulling teeth...I love my Dr. He had the LB done himself..so asking him anything he can aswer first hand. Good luck on your journey.

Lisa- there is an area called doctors so that you can post the two you are thinking about and get some feedback. Go with your gut too.

It took me a few seminars to find the doc that was right for me. It added more time to my journey (working on being approved) but, I have a doc I'm comfortable with and I'm happy about that.
