Lap Band after Nissan Fundoplication?

HI,My name is Rose,This is my first time posting on this board.

I really want to have the Lap Band done,but I had a surgery called Nissan Fundoplication a year ago.It is when the top of the stomach is wrapped around the esophagus and sewn that way to prevent stomach acids from coming up into the esophagus.

I would like to know if i am still a candidate and will I qualify for the Lap Band after that other surgery?:P

All information is appreciated.
