Mississippi questions

Hi, first of all, I love this site! I am making the first steps in getting the ball rolling. I'd like to know if there is anyone out there from Mississippi who has used Dr. Cummins. My primary Dr is referring me to her. I have a seminar on the 26th so I am researching as much as I can before hand. I have Medicaid and would also like to know if anyone has any experience with this. What time line am I looking at for the procedure? Thanks for all the great information already available.
