Has anybody included crackers in the mushie food stage?

Yes, Crackers were on my list of mushie foods.

Also on the list was melba toast and baked tortilla chips. These were life savers for me. I was told that anything that disolves in Water is considered a mushie.

I would take tuna and mix it with light miracle whip and dip some multigrain crackers in it. That really mushed up well and filled me up. i could only eat a few, but boy, it was great.

Absolutely! Multi-grain saltines were a life-saver.

Using crackers makes "mushies" become "dips". And I love dip! :biggrin: Refried Beans are blah on their own, on a cracker they are yummy! Tuna mousse. Hummus. Ground up chili. All kind of yucky to eat plain on a spoon, but super yummy on a cracker.

Just keep the carbs down by really loading up each cracker. They add up quickly.
