Hello to all. Spent today getting organized for surgery on July 14th--Bastille Day! From now on I will celebrate my independence from food with the French!! Still need to do my blood work, EKG, and upper GI. I've been reading the various threads and posts here and I'm happy to join the community. :thumbs_up:

I am interested in having the surgery with Dr. Ariel Ortiz in Tij., Mexico.

I have read everything on the internet about him I could find; I have read everything on the internet about lap bands period...and one of my children just had one...I can't afford the US. Thoughts
