I went to a nurse practitioner in Millburn NJ. She was better than the Dr. I went to and spent more time explaining everything to me. Not only was she a lot cheaper, she gives you a week or so to come back for an adjustment at no charge and even submits to insurance. My insurance didn't cover it, but the friend who referred me was reimbursed.

I had my surgery at NYU, they are fabulous! I live in New Jersey and also get my fills in Old Bridge NJ at www.AccessWeightLossCare.Com by Gaspar Rosario, Nurse Practitioner. He is amazing. He has weekend hours, VIP services and very resonable.
