Hi chatty2cathy and welcome to this site. I have only been on here a few weeks but its brill. Everyone really tries to help each other with tons of info and support. Who better to be able to ask questions that great people who have already started their weight loss journey.

    hi, bromesgrove was fab, 5 star hotel wait and see, hope all goes well. Ive done fab on the soups and if im hungry which you will be id drink oxo in between meals to satisfy me, tomozz sat soft diet roll on 8am, ive got it all planned what im having ! ! ! good luck and keep intouch.
