Newbie here!!

While I'm a newbie to this site, I'm not new to the LapBand. I've been interested in LapBand for years ... have went to two separate bariatric groups and through all their hoops only to be denied because my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure :cursing: and I can't afford it otherwise. I found out about this website through BandstersInsurance Yahoo group and thought that I would check it out.

Anyone know any part time jobs that has insurance that would cover LapBand? That might be the only way I can get this done.

Maybe a job at a hospital that offers lap band procedures. I know some nurses that work for a health system that offers it in their health coverage. I don't know what qualifications you have, but maybe something clerical or housekeeping etc. I think theirs were covered 90% after meeting deductible.
