HI, I have the same nails as you and I didn't have to take them off. They couldn't have missed them either because I had an I.V. in my hand. (OUCH)

BTW, do you like the gel better then the pink cream they put on and then buffed out?

    I am glad to here that I don't have to remove my nails before surgery. I have the gel - I used to get the pink cream buffed. I like them both.
