My doctor schedules me every 6 weeks. So far I have needed to use them for fills every time. Your doctor will decide when you see him if a fill is need or not. Usually if you aren't losing 1-2 pounds a week, you are ready for a fill.

Each doctor is different on their 'rules' for adjustments! My doctor allows fills every 4 weeks....

BUT!!!!

lots of us gain restriction 4-6 weeks after a fill, so I would recommend waiting at least 6 weeks (or even 8 weeks) before getting another one.
