Shoes shoes shoes!!! :)

Hello lady bandsters!

I was in Nordstrom drooling over all of the beautiful shoes, and I was wondering if after being banded and losing weight, is it easier to walk in heels? Also, right now (I assume b/c I weigh a lot) flats and flip-flops aren't comfortable for more than a few hours because I need more support for my feet. I'm only 22, gosh darn it! Will this get better, too????

Thanks!

Pre-band I had such horrible swelling in my feet, ankles and lower legs. I guess I had what is called pitting edema. I could push my finger in my ankle or shin and leave a huge, deep, dimple in my skin. It was so gross. Now I can see my ankles, the veins in my feet, my toes actually look slender, and I have shins. I can even feel the ligaments behind my knees. My best friends husband told me last weekend that I had cute toes!! I was wearing some cutesy beaded flip flops. I was so elated he might as well have told me I looked like Princess Diana. NOT!.... My birthday is next week. A new pair of sexy sandals and a sun dress are in order!!

Thanks Aubrie, That is what I wanted to hear.

my legs are where yours began and The swelling is less then it was but is still bad. I cant wait to be able to wear sandles and not have gross ankles and feet. I want my sexy feet back.

I work part time doing mani's and pedi's, I do some really cool nail art on other people feet. I can't wait to be able to do my own! It's a real struggle to paint your own toes when you’re bigger! Plus I have never ever in my life worn stiletto’s I have always been to big and been scared of snapping them! First thing I am gonna do when I feel confident enough is go and get me a pair of the sexiest shoes I can find oh after I give my self a Pedi that is lol XXX<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
