congratulations...

I just redid my measurements and I have lost 65 inches...CRAZY!!! The biggest losses are my abdomen and hips... Additionally, my neck is almost a normal woman's neck size now...16.5 inches...well, normal for a 6ft tall woman anway!

Many many congrats!!! you are doing a phenomenal job!

That is awsome 65 inches! wow!

I have a necklass that I got when my grandmother died. It is too small right now for me to wear. .But I have it saved for when I have a smaller neck.

Thanks. I have it hanging up so I see it every day. It keeps me going to the gym.
