how do i make the most of this tool

I was lap-banded 7/30/07, have lost about fifty pounds, and want to keep losing. I don't eat as healthily as I should, because I really have trouble with meats, except for seafood. I have not exercised, but I plan on starting a program this summer at the health club where I have a membership. I have noticed that I do have muscle loss, my skin is certainly not as tight as it once was. I want to be healthy, continue to lose, and who am I kidding, look good and fit. I'm in my early sixties, but I feel and look younger. I guess I need some pointers and encouragement.

Thanks, Jack. Love the laundry quote. I have about 50 pounds to go. Of course, that would be my ideal -- 5'7", 135 pounds. If I can make it to 145, I'll be happy. I just want to be fit. I think I've loss muscle mass, because I'm "spongy..."
