Post-op follow up appt.

Went to my post op follow up appointment today. It went great. The nurse told me that I could start my mushy stage today and that in its self made me happy. I have lost 14lbs since last Thursday so that makes me feel real good. I am glad I am off the liquid diet for now.

    When were you banded? Its been 9 days for me now and I don't want food or to have to chew. They have me on mushies but I don't do it I stuck with the liquids for the most part.
