Um...more fill?

How much are you able to eat in one sitting? How long do you stay full? Do you have difficulty getting any kind of food down no matter how much you chew it? How many ccs do you have in your band and what size band do you have?

i have 6.5 cc band, and its filled with 5cc.

some kind of mushies like boiled potato's, and stewed veggies i have problems with getting them down, and all kind of bread.

but i can eat wok veggies, like mushrooms and bell peppers and carrots, and kind of raw or wok veggies, the size around table plate.

so i dont know if that ok or not.

thanks for the reply.

Sounds like you not only many need a fill but from the list of what you wrote you need protein as well. Protein is what keeps us full, with out it you are sunk in the water. My suggestion is you add in protein and see if you are still taking in the quanity you are saying is to much, if so then go back for a fill.
