new,excited, nervous

Obiviously, I'm new here. Getting banded in 3 weeks, and I'm nervous (probably normal). I just don't know what's ahead of me and I'm pretty uptight. I know I need this, I need to drop the weight so I can go back to a "normal" life and start living again. What's next?

    Hello and welcome to LBT! It is very normal to be nervous. I was nervous and excited at the same time. It has been a dream come true. My eating lifestyle is very different now and I feel really good.
