Journey Lite Anyone????

Has anyone on here had their lap band done thru Journey Lite? Did they like them? Opinions, good or bad? I'm trying to decide who to go thru for the surgery. I'm cash pay and they are the most expensive, but they seem to have much more aftercare and support.

I know a lot of people on this board used Dr. St. Laurent and loved him and his staff. He is listed as one of the docs for Journey Lite and I wasn't sure if anyone who used him went thru Journey Lite.

Thanks for all your help!

Rachel

Hi, everyone! I'm glad to hear all of the positive feedback for Dr. Collier. I have an an appointment for the seminar on June 7. Of course, I wish it was my surgery date, but at least I've taken the first step. This forum is a lifesaver, so informative and friendly. Congratulations to you all!

Is the gas any better??

SPOGDEN~

Well, today the port site is better. It seems to be better everyday, but when you hurt so bad, the days can't be over fast enough. However, today is totally tolerable. The incision looks fine so far as I can see (still have the gauze and tape over it) but no red ring or anything. Thanks for caring.

Also, anyone have any thoughts on gas? I am so gassy!? It's embarassing! I've been taking the Gas X regularly..... hmmm.
