Hey everyone guess what? I took 4 steps today without the aid of my crutches or my walker!!! Whoooo Hoooooo!!!! Because of my spinal disease (H.S.P.) I have not walked without the aide of some kind of walking device for 10 years. And today because of the weight loss and exercise I am walking! (ok steping)

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited I want to yell from the roof tops!!!!

Thanks guys!! I now feel I can accomplish anything!

I can't wait to tell my Dr. and my Neurologist.
