New Job!

Well.....just had my administrator sign my extended 1 year leave of absence so I can embark on a new adventure! I will be working for Hynix Semiconductor Manufacturing. I've worked in an office sitting on my butt waaaaaaayyy too long. Now I will be suiting up in a clean suit (they call it a bunny suit....but it looks like a space suit). I will be working in the manufacturing of Dynamic Random Access Memory or DRAM. Anyway, it's a total change of pace for me and I'm very excited. Will start April 25th for a week orientation and then will find out my shift. They work 12 hour shifts, 3 days on-4 days off, then the next week, 4 days on-3 days off.

Anyway, just wanted to share. This whole year has been one of great changes for me and I praise God!

I am very thankful for the support and friendship I receive here at LBT. Thanks guys and gals!

Wow! You can finally talk about what all that job interviewing was about. Congratulations! Well done, I'm happy for you!

Hey, just what are you going to be doing in that space bunny suit, your working at the Nuclear Power Station? You will LOVE that schedule...long weekends all the time!

congrats Darcey! So, what part of the process will you be working on? creating the silcone wafer, assembling the entire chip? And does your facility make other types of memory? (trying to tone down the geek-speak...) I want details! (Maybe PM me so we don't put everybody else to sleep?)

Cheers!
