energy

Heres my problem i am getting all my protein in on mushies and i feel i have no energy all the time. i exercise in the morning is there anything i can take or any suggestions at all would appreciate it. I will be moving from OK to NC in 3 1/2 weeks and i need to be packing now but no energy. Help please!

If you are still in the puree post-op stage, you are probably getting under 800 calories a day. Under 800, your body is likely conserving energy, thinking you are in a "famine". Once you move to the next stage and are getting 800 plus calories, your energy will start to improve.
