Swollen pouch...major burping

I know increased burping is common with this surgery BUT....

This week I was careless with my eating, mostly in the realm of not chewing, eating too fast. As a result, I Pb'd about 3-4 times over a a short period of time. Now my stomach is pretty swollen and I am having trouble eating and drinking. Goes down but it is not comfortable. food and Water are causing major, almost nonstop burping. Even water is not going down that easily. I will stay on liquids for the next couple days but what is up with all the burping....it is bad!

Anyone experienced this after they have irritated their stomach? How long will it last?
