I just don't even know how to respond to this or what to think.

Well, I sure hope if someone "buys" him they researched the cost of the surgery first!

More power to him for trying to come up with an innovative way to pay for his surgery.

Except......there's not a big difference between what he's doing and prostitution. Note the wording of the ad. He doesn't say he'll be a handyman, or a laborer. The word "slave" has connotations of being an object, of being property, of having to mindlessly obey without having a say.

Just makes me wonder what this dude wouldn't do for a lapband. Kinda creeps me out...

Wow, he must be desperate! In a way it's really creepy, but it's also really sad that someone would resort to being a "slave" for WLS. Makes me wonder what kind of mental state he is in ^_^

Shoot I'd be tempted to donate a buck but if you look this is a first time e-bayer. I would be willing to bet there is a greater chance that this is some sort of cruel joke someone is playing on him or even "us".

that is exactly what i was thinkin when i looked at it! how sad. i understand the desperation of wanting/finding funding for this, but wow! i wonder too if you arent right and its some jerkoff's idea of a joke? very sad, either way. poor guy!

I'd pay the cost of a lap-band for someone like Wentworth Miller to be my slave, and then I'd just make him stand there so I could look at him. Mmm. Or Bob Villa, 'cause we're hoping to sell our house in the next year or so and don't want to do any maintenance.

But not that creepy ebay guy. So wrong on so many levels.
