Hello From Fort Worth

My name is Lisa and I was banded back in August 2004. I started out at 314 pounds and am currently down to 189. My goal weight is 167. My doctor was Richard Carter in Arlington, Texas.

    Hi Lisa, I'm going to one of Dr. Carter's seminars tonight but not sure I will use him if I decide to get the band. I read somewhere that he does not give pain medication - is that true? Have you had any problems? I just feel funny that I'll have this "thing" inside me!
