restriction gone!! help!

i am 3 weeks out and my restriction is gone!! i am stil eating within my 20 min, not eating anything i shouldn't, but its the most i've eaten since the surgery. what can i do until my 1st fil on the 25th of this month? thanks!

This feeling is very normal. Believe me, after the doc puts that band around the top of your tummy, it (restriction) hasn't gone anywhere. Remember to drink your protein first then other good food choices. Eat slowly and carfully not to drink until 30 min afterward. You'll get hungry a couple of times and may eat more than you should. Stick to your good diet food plan and you'll be fine. Hang in there..happier smaller days ahead!:lol:
