Salt Addict

:w00t:Okay something I didn't plan on, I am a salt person rather than sweet and this liquid diet is really testing my abilities of will power. There really isn't much that is salty in taste that is liquid other than chicken broth that I have found and one can only handle so much of that. I don't want to begin eating things like mashed potatoes too soon since I am only 4 days post op. AHHH~!!

I am one as well. I bought "no-salt" and it tastes just like salt to me. I have been adding to my soups and broth as well as other dry spices.

i am totally a sweet person, but the sweet drinks are really getting on my nerves, too! if you are on full liquids, try some cream of whatever soup. if it's too thick, add some mootopia milk to it to thin it out. i haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list of foods, so i'm really looking forward to it tomorrow. i also haven't tried v8 yet, but i'll do that tomorrow too. i think that once im done with my 6 weeks of liquids, i'm probably going to be way over my sweet tooth.
