Surgery Tomorrow!

My surgery is scheduled for tomorrow, March 14, 2008. Dr. Bilton, in Tuscaloosa, AL will be performing the surgery.

I am excited about starting the weight loss process but am a little nervous about the surgery, being hungry, getting enough nutrition, etc.

How long do people usually take to recover? Will I be able to do much physical activity next week?

I have enjoyed reading the posts on the forum and am looking forward to having something to contribute.

best of luck to you tomorrow! :smile2:

i was pretty much up and running (errr, walking) on Wednesday - my surgery was on a Monday.

you'll do great, just remember to sip sip sip and get your Water and Protein in.

Congrats! :smile2: You'll do great!

You'll be sore for a couple of days but back to business in no time. I was doing (slow) laps around the block the day after I came home.

Losingjusme had some good advice! Be sure to get your Water and Protein in-- and be careful to sip in the beginning.

Good luck to you!
