my "biggest" problem so far ...

Is I can't bring myself to eat Breakfast yet .. I just can't stomach the thought of eating in the morning.

On the days I do try, I wind up feeling so sick to my stomach I can't hardly eat the rest of the day.

HELP! How can I work myself up to breakfast???

some people can't eat breakfast. My dr told me not to eat it if I wasn't hungry.

The truth is that now that I have restriction I can't really eat it. I have to be up a few hours before I can even attempt or else I PB.

I also have a book about lapband and it says that you don't have to eat breakfast, that it's just a "myth". But of course, you should check w/ your dr.

If you MUST eat something for breakfast, maybe try a protein shake instead of solid food. A lot of bandsters can't eat until later in the morning, because their bands are too tight to eat early in the AM. Personally, I just don't eat breakfast unless I'm hungry, and then it's usually plain oatmeal.

I was just going to suggest the Protein Shake. I usually make a protein shake for breakie every morning before leaving for work (granted I have no restriction at the moment) and sip away at it for a couple of hours when I first get to work and I find it usually tides me over until lunch time - plus you get a head start on your protein for the day.
