I'm lightheaded

Just a quick question. Has any one felt lightheaded? :confused2:Not just when standing up to quick but when sitting down doing nothing. I'm just witting on the computer and I'm lightheaded. I've been drinking enough (I think) but I can't seem to focus my head. Any suggestions?

Thanks:biggrin2:

Happens to me sometimes too. I had a period where it was happening pretty frequently. My doctor said I wasn't getting enough liquids. ( I was drinking my 8 a day) so he told me to up it to 10 or so for a while and see how I feel. It seemed to help. He said the 8 glasses is a guideline but some require more.

I've experienced that too but blamed it on the constipation. I thought maybe toxins were building up in my system or something. I think I'm drinking plenty of fluids but I'll up them if will help any.

Isn't this wild? All these things we are noticing about our bodies now?
