we attended our seminar today and came away with a ton of information. the dietian mentioned a couple of website where you can buy different sample packs of protein drink mixes but i didnt get them written down. would anyone know what she was talking about, or can you recommend some good ones to try? thanks!

I got the sample pack from Bariatric Eating - Protein, Vitamins, Gastric Bypass & Lap Band Info, Post-op Recipes, and Help. They also carry AchievOne, excellent protein supplement if you like coffee-based drinks.

Hi I use Andrew Lessmans secure on HSN they have 25 gram of soy protein and are only 70 calories they have different flavors to choose from and they are on special now.
