Dr. Robert Pinnar and his staff are incredible. He accepts most insurance so that was helpful. His number is 703-709-9701

I love his PA, Paul as well as his nurse, Sue. They are very supportive and personable. I had my surgery April 4, 2008 and could'nt be happier!!

Hello, Colorado, I know I'm coming into this late, but I just got banded last Friday by Dr. Robert Pinnar and I live in Leesburg as well!!

Yeah! That is so cool! Have you joined the online group for Dr. Pinnar? I am the one who set that up for them. We should get together!! How are you doing? I will send you a pm.

Yes, I did join it, but all I did was set up a user name. It was done late a few evenings ago, so I didn't really have time to read or post. Looking forward to the PM! Heading out to rent a movie. I've been off all week and getting bored.

Today is the best I've felt since surgery. YAY!

Hi All:

We have been doing some organizing behind the scenes and are setting up a super info site called FitLink.com. They are going to host a Bariatric section specifically designed to help people who are 50 plus pounds overweight. Stay tuned. They should have an online journal soon as well.

Also check out the lecture series I am doing in Herndon, VA called Big fat Mistakes! You can read more about it www.Sequoiahealth.com. It is going to offer solutions to the most common mistakes people make in their weight loss quest. It is also going to introduce The Healthy Weight Loss Wheel; an easy way to manage all the important aspects of a healthy weight loss program.

Take care,

Woody

Hello and welcome! Their office is wonderful, isn't it?? Once ColoradoChick and I figure out what we're doing, we'll let everybody know (she and I both went back to school...).

I love the people in Dr Pinnar's office! Good luck at school with following the program. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi All:

I would like to get some healthy discussions going and then eventually some activities. That is why I started the group back in 2007. Please submit some topics or activity ideas.

Thanks,

Woody
