This is good news as I am no longer "severely" obese. It suddenly hit me today that 184 was the magic number so I checked it out and sure enough it is. Next I will be "Slightly Overweight" but that won't be until I reach 158. I didn't think I would ever be at 184 so I now know I will make it.
