Overfill

When I saw my doctor last time he said I didn't need a fill. However, since then, 2 months, I've hardly lost a pound. I am at 3.8 on a 4 band and he said he could overfill it if needed. Does anyone know what that means or have details about it?

Sometimes the bands can go over like 1cc or so. I would go in for another fill if you aren't losing. Do you eat 800-1k a day? How much do you eat at once? 1/2 cup, 1 cup, etc.

I can easily eat one cup of most foods at a time. I am staying around 1,500 calories a day and am having trouble getting in enough protein. (guess I like my carbs)
