compression garment

Has anyone worn one of these after surgery or heard anything about it. I looked through the posts and saw that people used them after PS but not too much on after the band. Well I have one and I put it on (almost 4 weeks post op) and it seems to be helping my port pain and residual soreness. Do you think there would be any reason *NOT* to wear it??

My doc told me it was not needed , it was an extra expense, but I could get it if i wanted, If you think it helps than I say go for it.

I did not get it since i was self pay , i wanted to save every way i could.

I personally didnt see a reason for it ?

NOW For post plastics YES I think its needed .
