If you have a question regarding anything from healing time to drinking liquids or even how to get those helpful weight tickers at the bottom of your name.... I suggest you begin by going up to the "search Button" in the right hand corner of your screen & type in the key word or words your looking for. All the "threads" or subjects containing those key words will be listed for you below. This is a helpful way for you to become more knowledgable before requesting help in other posts.

If your questions are not answered there please ask anyone in any of the posts to help you. Everyone here at LBT is ready to assist you in anything you need.

Good idea to welcome the newbies! Does this mean I'm not a newbie anymore? There are so many of you I have a hard time keeping up, just don't let yourself get lost in here, okay? Don't be aftraid to SPEAK UP! and get your questions answered. LBT is a hopping place, jump on in! And do lots of searches...by the way, a PB is a productive burp, well, you'll figure it out. hehe!
