My surgery is 6 days away, and i am freaking out! I am so nervous! I am only 19, and I see people who are older than I am and have had the surgery, but I do not see anyone my age! Is there anyone out there?

Go down the main page to "Age Specific Support Groups" and click on the "Teens" section. You will find other people your age that are going through or have gone through the same stuff you are experiencing.

There are a lot, actually. Oprah did a whole show on it yesterday. Most of those teens had it done younger than you.

Check the age specific boards here...you will find plenty.
