whos,jess and jm-

thanks for welcoming me back, missed you guys. Sounds like you all are doing great. jm-I did post b4 and 3 weeks post-op pics on my LBL PS thread and will post new pics probably at my 3 month doctors appointment. Right now will only be going to the gym 3 days a week for a couple of weeks so I don't overdo it. Take care everyone!

Thanks at least I feel normal!! Crazy though, because I am a LONG way from having a skinny tummy! HA!

Whos: Your a madman at the gym! I would love to be like you! Your commitment to the gym is very admirable!

I am hoping to make it to the gym this afternoon!

Awwww thanks Brandy!!! I really apperciate that. Although i got nothing on STEFF...

I know when i run alot too it gets a little sore in the port area but i think thats pretty normal.

I feel SUPERWEIRD right now as i have to go to the gym tonight rather than my usual morning routine.

ANGEL : was super crazy on exersise too but shes is recovering right now...just watch her take off in the next few months.

Hey everybody,

I finally got to the gym today and it felt so good. I was excited to get there. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and 10 minutes on the treadmill, I worked arms and abs...Then I hopped into the pool and swam for only 15 minutes, but it felt really good just to have some time to work out..

I have more pain in my port when I do ab crunches.. but it's only a little sore but that was when my body was not used to the exercise...It hasn't been bad though..

Okay well, I hope you all have a great work out today!!!

Good for u Jess....glad you got some time.

The gym can be so metally destressing too when your running all the time like you!

Im going to get there tonight after my doc appointment....this will be the first i dont need a fill!

Today is my 6 month bandivarsay

Congrats!!! Whosyadaddy! You have done awesome in six months..Did you ever think you would get here, six months ago! Look how far you have come. You have put in the hard work, when everyone else is down your so uplifting! Look how much it has paid off! You keep going! You have made awesome accomplishments! That is an awesome place to be to not need anymore fills!!!

I go to the doc in the morning. I would like 1 more cc but I really don't know if I will get it...We will see.

I don't know about anyone else but, "Hats off to you whosyadaddy your kicking some booty!!

Are there any specific ab workouts that we should be doing? Or just our basic, not to mention, boring crunches? I have been doing 100-200 on a stability ball...

I like that one angelnurse!!! Your doing fantastic by the way!!!

Brandy- I use the ab roller at the gym, it has no weight to do my crunches on, then I do two ab machines with weight...That is where I started at!

WOW Jess you at you new hottie photo! YOu face is sooooo much thinner than it was (cant see the rest of your bod)...

Thanks for all the compliments!

Im switching scales as mine is so goofy lately. They have a med one at the gym with weights on it. MY docs scale is 10lbs heavy compared to it but im wearing all my clothes at his office. in 3 days it said i lost 2.5 lbs so im going with that one:)

Keep up all your hard work Jess!!

Angel good to see you back at it and hitting it hard.

Yeah i really didnt think i could lose over 100 in 6 months.

Well I decided to get my a** in gear and I started running well lets say a run/walk type of thing wow this is going to be hard but I need to drop the weight so here I am! I made it around the block-baby steps lol. Will keep you guys posted on my progress.:)

I was banded 08/14/07

OOOPPPPSSSS!!! That wasn't supposed to post...

I also did 20 on the bike, with the hills and 150 situps. I can feel that when I laugh!

KEVIN - Good for you on the running! And WELCOME!

Here is the link to the spreadsheet again: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pdgDInAagx9z-xy8VoCZ8Bw&hl=en

Next week I will be cleaning up the spreadsheet of those who have dropped off. I'm not going to do it yet because I've been so slack on it in the last two weeks. PM me your info if you need updating (or wish to be added), as I have entered all info I have received to date.

I'm still going to the gym every day for 1.5 to 2 hours for weight lifting. Going to the cardio room three days a week, also, to ride the recumbent bike for 25 minutes each time. Got on my trainer this morning, though, for about an hour...which felt GREAT! If it is nice this Saturday, I'm taking my bike out to the park and out to Arlington. I need to get in a good, long training ride of about 60 miles. The MS150 will be here before I know it and I need to be in shape if I'm going to make 150 miles in two days! :)

Okay guys - I am on board with working my butt off this month - if ya got room for one more. I have lost all motivation for exercise since the holidays and I am ready to jump back into it. I have lost 102 lbs, and I have 30 more pounds to lose for goal. Let's see if I can't drop 10 of them this month!
