My surgery was on the 24th (3 days ago) and I am feeling so bloated and uncomfortable. How much longer might this last? I am also unable get fluids in because of this. Has anyone had this experience?

I had my surgery Nov 27 2007. I remember that feeling very well. It helped me to get up and about as much as possible. Walking helped alot too. You're past the roughest part I'd imagine...it gets SO much better from now on....good luck!

Have you tried Gas-X strips? They might help. I've seen them recommended alot.

It was on my third day that my bloating was the worst but it got better with each passing day. Good luck!
