:party:I just got confirmation that my financing was approved and i am so excited!! But since this is something i don't want anyone i know to know about, i don't have anyone to share the excitement with.

I've read so much online and everyone seems so pleased with the results that i just cant wait to see a healthier me in the mirror. There are so many health problems in my family history and now that i am a few months short of being 40, it really scares me. I see my grandparents and now my mom too taking so many medications, its like a pharmacy in their bathrooms, i do not want that to be my future. I need to get my weight to a healthy amount so that i can do other things to improve my health. Its so frustrating to be out of breath from walking a distance that is not even equal to being one block.

Well, i am truly excited about this. I look forward to a healthier me.

hi, just hear to wish you the best of luck on your new journey. i was banded on january 8, 2008 and i have lost 12 pounds. i recovered well from the surgery and am following all the dr.'s orders. this is truly a new beginning! i am so excited to be on my journey to a thinner me. best of luck to you!
