Pre-Op Liquid

How'd'ya get through 10 days of preop liquid diet?? Coz I feel like a raving lunatic. If I could've eaten 1000 cals of liquid diet, I wouldn't be getting the darn band next week would I? But seriously - I'm not whining, I honestly am curious to know about how long others followed a pre-operation liquid diet.

I am also curious to find out how to add one of those cool tickers to my signature...since I'll be on here a lot :-)

Thanx.

Sorry I only had to do less than a week of liquid. You are a trooper hang in there.

And for the ticker I think you click right below someones ticker and it should take you to the site.

Good luck with you Surgery and Best Wishes..

I only had to do one week. I drank 5 optifast or protein shakes/day. I ate a lot of diet jello and popsicles @ night. Good luck!

I only had to do 1 day, thank goodness. There are a lot of creamy soups out there now, they worked for me during the liquid stage post op. One day at a time and in the end it's all worth it. It will be over before you know it, good luck.
