Just curious, based on your own experience, from the time you got your consults completed and paperwork sent in...how long did it take to hear back from your insurance company? I saw that someone was approved in 2 days but I understand that is definitely not the norm.

It took me almost 1 year to get my insurance to approve my lapband surgery. Don't get depressed as to how long it takes.. Just remember it is worth the wait. I was banded Oct 3 2007 and have lost 58lbs so far. I love my band!
