I've found a support group, hazzah!

Hi all,

This is my 4th day out from surgery and have been looking for weeks for a support forum. I'm so glad to have found you.

I'm a 44, wife of 20 years this july, and mother or two teenagers aged 17 and 15. I've been a memeber of Weight Watchers of 2 years and didn't lose or gain anything. I finally decided to have the lap band surgery and now here I am.

During my clearance I had to take a food allergy test and it was confirmed that I am very allergic to cow milk and chicken eggs.

The hardest obstical I have found is that western society is milk based. So now i am learning to to eat soy.
