Best Protein Powder

The Protein powder was the one thing I was afraid of believe it or not. I spent hours and hours online reading all the comments. I finally saw an ad for AnyWhey by Optimum. It is actually formulated for cooking so I figured it wouldn't taste bad in hot liquids and guess what...I was right.

It is almost tasteless. It has a hint of vanilla and that is it. It is 17g of protein per scoop and I actually drink it in my Water.

Has anyone ever tried it? It has truly made my post-op a wonderful experience.:clap2:

Actually, the Any-Whey was horrible for me. It made me gag. The one I've found that is fantastic is a chocolate or strawberry one by "Pro Complex" that I got at GNC. I'm literally in love with it.

Body fortress from Walmart in chocolate. Mixed with skim milk and Dannon Fit and Lite yogurt. Its great and lots of protein

i love unjury chocolate with ice, carnation dry milk, and water. yummie. sometimes i make it thick like a wendy's frost other times i make it thinner like a shake. mmmm. good.

Thanks all for feedback. Dave can you tell me how much protein in yours? It may change but right now I get full so quickly I can't seem to drink enough to get my protein in. AnyWhey has 17g per scoop; I've thought about putting two scoops in, will try it tomorrow.

Thanks in advance

Here ya go. By itself, its 46g of protein. Doctor it up and you get:

2 scoops with skim milk and a mini Dannon fit and lite yogurt blended is

57g protein

24 carbs

7g sugars

360 calories

I do Dymatize Elite Cafe Mocha (they have a ton of flavors).

8 oz skim milk

1 scoop = 23 g

ice

(17 carbs)
