Incision Healing/Scarring

I'm a little concerned about what these incisions will look like after healing - especially the large one. Have any of you used anything to prevent scaring on your incisions?

Nope. I want them to be there as a reminder of what I had to go through for my "do over". If they are gone/diminished, I won't have that.

I have used Neutrogena scar patches before and they worked well for me. I plan to use them this time as well. I haven't started them yet but plan too soon- mostly concerned about the port scar.

I used "scarzone" and it helped. You have to apply it like twice per day and can only start after the wound heals (duh). Otherwise, I wasn't too worried about it either because like Ceradad said...I don't want to forget. Plus, I'll never be wearing a bikini regardless of how much I lose so it doesn't really matter anyway!

Mine healed pretty well, but they seem to have gotten darker in color as they got older. they went from pink to purple. That's wierd for me. Other scars I have turned white. Is it just to soon? I'm 7 weeks out.
