Hard Day But I Did It!!!!!!!

I just wanted to share my big victory of today. I am a Pre School teacher and today was our big Valentine's Day party.:D There were cookies, candy, cupcakes and chips:lick . But there were also orange slices and veggies. ALL I ATE were the oranges and veggies:) . DANG I'm good!! Ok, Ok so I knew that I was going to weigh in tomorrow when I go in for my fill. I STILL think of it as a victory!! Boy do I need a fill.

Good for you! Be proud, that is hard to do. It's a busy stress eating situation for me...I can imagine myself grabbing this and that and shoving thousands of calories in a hour of being in a preschool classroom with, what, eight 3yos and 6 moms and noise and conversations and little dramas all over the room (she took my toy!!) AAUGHH! Give me a cookie! or two or three. Well done!

All my Valentine's day chocolate is gone... :D :D

I did NOT eat anything instead of chocolate, but I did eat healthy stuff in addition to it! :D

I am not good or bad. But my choices yesterday and this morning were not particularly healthy... lol :D

I wan't tempted with sweets, so I did great! :D I told DH not to buy me any candy! We were watching t.v. when a commercial came on and said "every woman wants chocolates" and I said "NO THEY DON'T"! Dh busted out laughing!

Terri - If I had to be around them like you did, well, I don't know if I could have passed it all up!

Yes be proud you made it through the day with no sweets...Great accomplishment on a day full of goodies

Every day is a srtugle but I take it one day at a time

I love my chocolate :D

Wow! You DID do good, girl!!!

I told my dh he better not come home with a big box of chocolates, so he gave me a Baby Ruth Bar instead, LOL!!!
